How do I know where my order is?
You will find a link in the order confirmation email where Item Shipped with a tracking number. If the tracking link does not provide any information, please wait for the estimated delivery date. There may be a problem updating the tracking link, but don't panic, it will be updated by the carrier as soon as possible. The estimated delivery date is indicated in your order confirmation email.
Please wait until this date for your order to be delivered to you. Remember, this date is only an estimate, so your order may arrive before the big day, or a few days after this date. To follow the progress of your order and its delivery, use the tracking link.
Tracked link Item received but I don't have a package?
-Check that the delivery address and your contact details are correct.
- Check with your neighbors or the caretaker of your building to make sure that they have not collected the package in your absence.
- Check places out of sight where your package could have been left by the carrier (behind a trash can, on the terrace or under the porch).
- Ask anyone residing at the same address; namely your family members, your roommates...
It will therefore be impossible for us to reimburse you if you have received your package!
Item not received?
If your order has still not arrived after a few days, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.
Do you want to exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges.
Return for defective items?
Notice to the little fraudster! Only watches with defects in the hands can be refunded but under conditions!
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so be sure to obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return!
Please do not wear the Item!!! If the item you return to us is damaged, worn or in poor condition, we will not be able to refund you!!!
All items are inspected upon return to see if it is a defective item or a smart guy trying to defraud. To receive a full refund, all returned items must not have been used/worn (no signs of scratches or scratches) and must be in the same condition you received them with their original packaging, with all tags still attached.
Watch too big or too small? The watches are specified if they are for adults or children!! So they will be non-refundable!!!
We are not responsible for the mistreatment of packages by carriers, if you receive your broken package it happens but non-refundable due to too frequent fraud, a ruse on the part of the buyer who no longer wants the item!
Do I have to pay customs and import fees?
For orders to mainland France and European Union countries, you will not have to pay customs and import duties, under certain conditions unless you exceed a minimum required amount.
If your delivery address is in the countries listed below, please be aware that all packages, whether shipped standard delivery, are subject to customs/import fees and any associated fees. Additionally, because the partner carrier assigned to your order depends on the size, weight and value of your package, we cannot guarantee a particular carrier at checkout. So, even if you have chosen standard delivery, this does not guarantee that you will not have to pay additional costs.
The total amount you will have to pay is beyond our control. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the package.
- Any other country outside the European Union (Canada, etc.)
- Overseas departments (Saint-Martin, Mayotte, Saint Barthélémy)
- Overseas territories (TOM) and overseas communities (COM).
For more information on possible charges, we advise you to contact your local customs office. This will avoid any unpleasant surprises.
